Our sister organization, FUSAL, aides more than 52,000 residents of the rural municipalities of Carolina, San Simón, San Antonio and San Gerardo in San Miguel, and also the municipalities of Tejutepeque, Cinquera, Jutiapa, Nuevo Edén de San Juan, Victoria and Dolores in Cabañas.

Daily, the teams go to the different communities to give exams to infants, prenatal and post natal exams, care to prevent cervical and uterine cancer. They also give care and education in nutrition, the prevention of diseases,  promotion of health, and have incorporated the income generation component to all communities.
